Luv Lou is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer free returns 30 days from receipt of purchase for Australian customers. Customer paid 30 day returns back to the Sydney warehouse for New Zealand customers. Final sale items cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty. We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

Enjoy 2024 Holiday Season Extended Returns
For the 2024 holiday season, eligible items purchased between 14 November and 31 December 2024 can be returned until 31 January 2025.

REFUNDS

• No returns or refund on final sale items as marked.
• If you request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item, we will refund you in full to your original payment method, once the item has been returned to us.
• We do not offer exchanges or store credit.
• We aim to refund you within 5 working days of receiving your returned item.
• We will refund the cost of the item/s only, but not any initial or subsequent shipping costs, customs duties or import taxes.
• If you purchased using the “BUNDLE 20%” and return 1 pair, the discount amount of that pair and the pair you kept will be removed from your refund.
• All items must be returned to us unworn, in their original case and box, and with the cleaning cloth. Inspections will take place upon receiving the returned items and if they are in an unsuitable condition the refund will be void and item/s may be shipped back to you at an extra cost.
