Returns

  • If you wish to return your purchase, you can return your full priced item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. 

  • Any items purchased using a discount code (Eg. Welcome code) can be returned for a refund.
  • We do not accept returns on “Sale items”, unless faulty.
  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • We do not offer store credit.
  • Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, this includes duties or taxes for international customers.
  • Items must be returned to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please complete your return request in our returns portal here. (you will need your order number) and see our terms & conditions below. Once your return is approved you will receive further postage instruction. 
  • Ensure your name, order number and RMA number are clearly labelled within or on your return.
  • Unidentified returns won't be able to be processed.


REFUNDS

  • If you request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item, we will refund you in full to your original payment method, once the item has been returned to us.
  • Please submit your refund request in our returns portal here.
  • We aim to refund you within 5 working days of receiving your returned item.
  • We will refund the cost of the item/s only, but not any initial or subsequent shipping costs, customs duties or import taxes.
  • If you purchased using the “BUNDLE 20%” and return 1 pair, the discount amount of that pair and the pair you kept will be removed from your refund.
  • All items must be returned to us unworn, in their original case and box, and with the cleaning cloth. Inspections will take place upon receiving the returned items and if they are in an unsuitable condition the refund will be void and item/s may be shipped back to you at an extra cost.
  • For refund requests outside of the 30 days, the return will not be accepted.


FAULTY ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at returns@luvlou.com.au along with photos of your damaged item, and we will let you know how to proceed.


RETURNING AN ITEM FROM ANOTHER RETAILER

  • If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from one of our stockists, please refer to their instore return policy to process your return. In the case they are unable to assist you with your return please visit our Contact Us page for assistance.


WARRANTY

  • Manufacturer’s warranties come with all products. All our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase.
  • The details of the warranty period are details on the warranty card or in the instruction booklet. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or nose piece and frame deterioration.
  • Any alternations to the sunglasses will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, the sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
