We offer free shipping on all orders over AU$200. For orders under AU$200, a flat rate applies:
~ AU$10 within Australia
~ AU$12 to New Zealand
~ AU$28 for all other international destinations

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Within Australia

Your order will be sent via Australia Post Express with Authority to Leave - no signature required. If it’s not safe to leave your parcel, it will be redirected to your local post office for collection. Estimated delivery 1-3 business days.

To New Zealand

Orders heading to New Zealand are shipped with DHL Postal Standard, then passed on to Aramex for final delivery. For faster delivery, we also offer a flat rate express shipping option for $25, available at checkout. Estimated delivery times are outlined below.

International Orders

We ship worldwide using DHL Postal Standard, with local delivery managed by your country’s trusted postal service. For faster delivery, we also offer a flat rate express shipping option for $38, available at checkout. Estimated delivery times can be found below.

Where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

Customs and Import Duties

New Zealand Customers
Orders shipped to New Zealand with a total value over AU$900 (approximately NZ$1000) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, as determined by New Zealand Customs.

All Other International Orders
Deliveries outside of Australia may incur customs duties, import taxes, and local sales taxes, which are assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Luv Lou does not cover or reimburse these costs.

If you choose to refuse delivery of your order, you will still be responsible for:

  • The original shipping charges

  • Any customs and import duties incurred

  • The cost of returning the package to us

Shipping FAQ's

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Luv Lou confirming that your order is on its way & provide you will the tracking information.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders are tracked by the delivery carrier. When your order has left the Luv Lou warehouse you will receive an email advising carrier tracking information.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once you have checked out and paid for your order, unfortunately we are unable to update the address on your order. Once your order has been shipped, what you can do is contact the courier and see if it is possible to re-direct your order using your tracking number. Please note tracking numbers can take 24 hours to become active with the courier.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

Please visit our Contact Us page within 7 days to report the issue. Following inspection the item, Luv Lou will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If you have received your dispatch email and still have not received your order, please use your tracking number to track your order.

If you haven't received a dispatch email, please visit our Contact Us page with your order number (eg. #12345) and we can investigate this for you. It could just be a case of an incorrect contact email or our emails being marked as junk.
